There are 3 sizes available. In diameter: Small size 6 inch, Medium size 7 inch, Large size tall 7 Inch. Small and medium Cakes are approximately 4-5 inches tall. Tall 7 inch is 6-7 inches tall. Base board 10 inches diameter.

All cakes are baked daily and can be consumed up to 5 days after delivery if appropriately refrigerated. For the best quality, moistness and taste, we recommend our cakes to be eaten 1-2 days from delivery.

No. All our products do/may contain allergens, such as nuts, gluten, soy, dairy and eggs.Nuts or traces of nuts can be found in the majority of our products.

We deliver Sydney wide. Also to restaurants, units/apartments, shopping centres, schools and hospitals. With apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the delivery driver cannot get in, we have authority to leave in a safe place (this is ticked as part of our terms and conditions during checkout). Due to their strict regulations for accepting deliveries Unfortunately,we do not deliver to police stations/centres, domestic and international airport terminal, and government bases (e.g. military/navy defense bases) We also cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

YES, you may pick up in Croydon park just depends on the date and time. You’ll have to contact us before,if you like to pick up instead.

Our cut-off is 5 days prior to delivery.

We deliver Thursday to Saturday. Your order will arrive anytime between 10:30- 5pm. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time. If you need it earlier in the morning or at a specific time that day, we suggest book delivery for the day before. Your order will arrive anytime before 5pm. You will receive either a message on text or tracking link via email on the day of your delivery later on but only when delivery is on its way. Please note that on big occasions such as Christmas,Easter,Mother’s Day,Valentine’s Day etc. there is extended delivery time frames. Our drivers will do their best to deliver within these time frames but there may be situations that arise beyond our control.

If there is no one to accept the delivery at the specified address and time, the order will be left at the door (if it is safe to do so) or with front reception in corporate buildings/venues. If there is no where safe to leave the cake or the driver can not access a building (such as a unit) , the number registered with the order will be contacted.If the courier is unable to deliver the package for reasons, including but not limited to: delivery being rejected,the recipient not answering their phone, wrong address or corporate reception not accepting deliveries etc. the cake delivery will be sent back to our head office and an email will be sent out to the purchases explaining the failed delivery. Whilst we make every aim to ensure your cake is delivered, we cannot take responsibility for a failed delivery that is not directly from the fault of our team. We aim to personally deliver your Cake to the recipient on every occasion; however there are circumstances that come up where the recipient is not present at the delivery address and/is uncontactable. In these circumstances your order will be placed in a safe location at the delivery address by our courier by your confirmed approval out check out. *Cakes are a perishable item and Cake your cake team cannot be held responsible if orders are left unattended. Please read our Terms and conditions for more information.

Delivery is $35.00 main Sydney areas

We accept cancellations if orders are cancelled 7 days or more prior to the delivery date. If an order is requested to be cancelled a $20 administration fee is applied. The customer will receive the full refund less the fee. Orders cannot be cancelled 2 days before delivery.A cancellation request email must be sent to us quoting your reference / invoice number. Postponed orders will incurr a $30 fee if under 3 days before order date due.

Yes, we accommodate changes to orders, however we require 3 days from the delivery date in question to review, approve and confirm requested changes.If you have made an order, would like to make a change, please make contact with us quoting your reference / invoice number. NO ALTERATIONS ON THE COLOURS OR THE DECORATIONS ALREADY OFFERED ON THE SITE.
